Disputes, Choice of Law, and Jurisdiction

In the event, for any reason, arbitration is not authorized by applicable law, the parties waive all rights to trial by jury and waive all right to start or participate in any class action, consolidated, representative or class proceedings.

Termination
In the event you violate these Terms, your right to access the Site may be terminated.
